How we use it

• To process, make and deliver your order.
• To contact you about artwork, instructions, delivery or customer support.
• To prevent fraud, keep business records and comply with legal or tax requirements.

Payments and service providers

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Made To Gift does not store your complete card details. We may share only the information needed with payment, website-hosting, email and delivery providers so they can perform their services.

How long we keep information

We keep order and accounting records for as long as required for customer service, legal and tax purposes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your personal information, request corrections, object to certain uses or ask for deletion where the law allows. Email hello@madetogift.co.uk to make a request.

Cookies and local storage

The shop currently uses essential browser storage to remember basket contents. It does not use advertising cookies.
