Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may contact you if personalisation instructions are incomplete, unclear or cannot reasonably be produced.
Personalisation
You are responsible for checking the spelling, names, numbers, dates, colours and other details you submit. Product colours may appear slightly different across screens and materials.
Photos, logos and artwork
By supplying an image, logo, badge or other artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use it for the requested product. We may refuse content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes another person's rights.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. UK delivery is added at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order enters production.
Availability and changes
If a product or required material becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to agree an alternative or provide a refund. We will not make a material change to your design without agreement.
Problems with an order
